At 18650 Batteries, we stand by the quality of our power solutions and offer a 30-day return window for unused electronics and battery cells in their original packaging. Please note that for safety reasons, batteries that have been charged, discharged, or integrated into custom packs cannot be accepted for return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and a brief explanation for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Place the items in their original anti-static packaging and use a sturdy outer box with appropriate padding to prevent terminal contact or physical damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided RMA label to the outside of the package and ship the items back to our processing center using a carrier that provides tracking information.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the voltage and physical condition of the returned cells, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
